    have completed at least one full CC&B implementation
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
  • In-depth understanding of SDLC principles and templates
  • Industry services experience includes, Utilities, Technology, and the Telecommunications sector
  • Client services experience includes, international energy utilities, local energy and water utilities, international IT and software providers

OPTION #2: Agile Team Member: Cost Effective Model

  • Consultants are rated based on a cost effective model
  • Consultants have extensive experience in full cycle implementation of competitive solutions: ERP, CRM, CIS, Billing, AMI, Customer Care and Asset Management.
  • Consultants are experts in their relative fields which are closely aligned to CC&B areas of expertise, for example:
    • Development: skilled Java resources that can produce complex solutions for Java Plug-ins for custom code based on client provided requirements. Extensive experience in the java development sphere will help limit the ramp-up time required to become familiar with the Oracle SDK Toolkit.
    • Reporting: skilled Business Object/Crystal Report resources can produce complex reports based on client provided requirements. Extensive RDMS experience will help limit the ramp-up time required to become familiar with the CC&B, RM&B, and ETM shared data model.
